If you have never applied to us before and don’t have an online account with us already, please register here to set up a new account.

If having tried to create a new account, you receive the message ‘invalid email or password’, this means that an account with this email address already exists.

If you need to rest your password, please click the ‘Forgot Password’, button and follow the steps outlined below.

Have you forgotten your password?

Please return to this login page and click the ‘Forgot Password?’ button below the password box. You will then be asked to enter your email address.

A temporary password will then be sent to your email from mail@grantapplication.com which will give you a temporary password. This password will only last for 24 hours.

Please click on the link provided in this email and enter your email address and the temporary password you’ve just been sent in the ‘current password’ box. Once you click ‘login’ you will be directed to a screen called ‘Change Password’.

Please re-enter the temporary password you’ve just been sent into ‘Current Password’ and then a password of your choosing in the next two boxes.

Please ensure that you use a new password which hasn’t been used in our online system before, and that it has at least 12 characters with a mix of upper and lowercase letters and numbers. Please don’t leave any spaces.
