We have now transitioned to the new Your Cause - GrantsConnect Applicant Portal (also known as Blackbaud Grantmaking System, or BBGM).Please see emails from us with information on how to set up your account in the new portal, and how to complete your next requirement form.
If you were informed that your grant is not moving to the new portal, please contact your Youth Futures Relationship Manager or Grants Officer to discuss how to submit your End of Grant form.
We strongly recommend that you download copies of all your submitted Application and Requirement forms so that you have a copy of your history with us as this website will be closing at the end of 2025.
